  • Payment Method 付款方式
    We only accept payment through PayPal, a well-known, trusted, and secure way to make payments over the Internet. Making a payment to us through PayPal is easy. You can use your existing PayPal account or pay by credit card even if you don't have a PayPal account. Find out more information by going to the PayPal web site at When making a payment you are temporarily transferred from our site to the secure PayPal web site. No financial information, passwords, credit card numbers or personal information other than your name, email address, and shipping address is received by us. Although PayPal is extremely secure, we are not responsible for protecting the personal information you share with them. You are encouraged to read the related PayPal policies carefully.   • Self Pick-up 門市自取
    You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Tea Express Bar by Jrink @ K11 Art Mall. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with details. Our self pick-up hours are 12-7:30pm Wednesday to Sunday.   • Shipping - Local Delivery 本地送貨
    Free local delivery is available for orders over $300 within Hong Kong. For orders under $300, we charge $30 flat rate shipping for local delivery. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. In addition, if you have a request for a specific delivery arrangement (e.g., time etc.), you may contact the courier company for such arrangement. Please also understand that we may be able to pass your special request to the courier, but we may not be able to control how they fulfill such requests. Delivery service is currently available in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories and not available for P.O. boxes, restricted access areas, and, the Outlying Islands, including Cheung Chau, Lantau Island (except Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung and Hong Kong International Airport). 本地訂單劃一使用順豐快遞寄出,購物滿$300可享香港島、九龍、新界及部分限制地區免運費,$300以下在結帳時須額外收取$30運費。訂單寄出後需要1-3個工作天派送。 如收到寄出通知後有任何收件問題,請自行聯絡順豐快遞公司查詢。
  • Shipping - International Delivery 國際送貨
    We currently do not offer international shipping due to the shipping cost and custom requirements. 因現時國際運輸費用高昂及寄件限制,我們暫時未有提供國際送貨服務,如有更改狀況,敬請留意Instagram或Facebook。感謝體諒:)
  • How do I check the status of my shipping order? 訂單狀態
    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 下單後會先收到訂單確認電郵,請留意電子郵箱包括垃圾郵件。 訂單需時1-5個工作天預備,完成後會發出已寄出電郵通知,並附上貨件追蹤號碼,您可在24小時後透過速遞網頁查詢貨件位置。 如在5個工作天內未有收到已寄出電郵通知,請電郵至,並提供姓名及訂單號碼,我們會儘快回覆。
  • Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
    We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If you notice any item is missing from your order, please let us know by email with your order number and we will gladly get a replacement order out for you as soon as possible.
